July 16th Target Area Cleanup Project

The annual clean up in the Tillamook Forest will be picking up debris left by target shooters. ODF had to move the location from Brown's Camp due to an active logging operation. The new location will be at Camp Five.
Please meet at 8:30am on July 16, 2016 at Salmonberry Road and Hwy 26. You won't find the location on Google Maps - it is about .5 miles past the Viewpoint, the first road on your left.
Please bring gloves, rakes, and flat shovels.
A BBQ lunch will be provided and prizes including a gun.
Please call 503-359-3535 to sign up so we can estimate numbers for food & beverages.
We appreciate any and all help.

Fire Season:
We will be in fire season / regulated use by then so every vehicle entering the forest needs:

·        Shovel with an 8 inch blade and at least 26 inches long from tip of blade to tip of handle

·        1 gallon of water or a 2.5lb fire extinguisher
